Main Card Fight 1: Jamie “The Chosyn 1” Yager (2-1) vs. Rich “The Raging Bull” Attonito (7-3)

Jamie Yager – Age: 26 Height: 6’ 1” (1.85 m) Weight: 185 lb (84 kg)
Rich Attonitto – Age: 32 Height: 5′ 10″ (1.78 m) Weight: 185 lb (84 kg)

Although Yager doesn’t have much experience, he has heavy strikes from all angles. He only has three career fights but he has 2 KO’s and 1 DQ loss for a illegal head kick. In all probability, he would be undefeated right now. He is still young and looks like he has a bright future in the UFC. His biggest asset is his Muay Thai skills and his extreme athleticism. Rich Attonito is a well-rounded fighter that fights out of Coconut Creek, Florida, and trains with American Top Team. His overall record consists of 3 KO, 2 submission, and 2 decision victories. Yager is a physical freak and can finish the fight with a flurry at any moment but his cardio has been tested and a 15 minute fight is a problem for him. If Attonito can make this fight last, which I think he will, then he will outlast Yager and take the decision win.

Prediction: Attonito by Decision

Main Card Fight 2: #10 Spencer “The King” Fisher (24-5) vs. Dennis Siver (15-7)

Spencer Fisher – Age: 34 Height: 5′ 7″ (170 cm) Weight: 155 lbs. (70 kg)
Dennis Siver – Age: 34 Height: 5′ 7″ (170 cm) Weight: 155 lbs. (70 kg)

Fisher trains in the art of Muay Thai, Boxing, and BJJ. He holds huge notable wins against Jeremy Stephens, Caol Uno, Josh Neer, Thiago Alves. Fisher is 8-4 in his UFC career and has finished 67% of all his fights. That includes almost 40% by KO and over 25% by submission. As you can see, Fisher is a well-rounded fighter and has big stage experience. He may lose his top ten spot if he loses this fight though. Siver fought less than two months ago, so he may not have recovered enough to put up a fight, especially against one of our top ten. Siver is a purple belt in BJJ and is still very dangerous. The German native Siver was on a four fight win streak until he ran into Ross Pearson. His most notable win is against Paul Kelly at UFC 105. Siver is not ready for such steep competition, and with such a short break from his last fight, he may not be physically ready for it either.

Prediction: Fisher by Decision

Main Card Fight 3: Chris “The Crippler” Leben (19-6) vs. Aaron “A-Train” Simpson (7-0)

Chris Leben – Age: 29 Height: 5′ 11″ (180 cm) Weight: 185 lbs. (84 kg)
Aaron Simpson – Age: 35 Height: 6′ 0″ (183 cm) Weight: 185 lbs. (84 kg)

Even though Leben has lost 2 of his last 3, he is still as dangerous as ever. He has KO power in both fists and can put anyone’s lights out in a split second. Over 50% of his wins have come by KO and all his losses have come against quality opponents. He holds huge wins over Mike Swick, Patrick Cote and most recently, Jay Silva. He is a good wrestler and excellent striker but he is most known for his chin and ability to take a punch. He is also known for his crazy personality on the Ultimate Fighter Season 1. Aaron Simpson is undefeated and he has only competed for less than two years and has compiled 6 KO victories in his MMA career already. He has also shown he can compete with high profile fighters as shown against Tom Lawlor at UFC Fight Night 20, where he squeaked out a split decision. Simpson is a 2-time NCAA All-American wrestler and it might be enough to get another decision. He better hope he can take Leben down because he won’t last on his feet against “The Crippler.”

Prediction: Leben by KO

Ultimate Fighter Finals: Court “The Crusher” McGee (8-1) vs. Kris “Savage” McCray (6-0)

Court McGee – Age: 25 Height: 5′ 11″ (180 cm) Weight: 185 lbs. (84 kg)
Kris McCray – Age: 28 Height: 6′ 0″ (183 cm) Weight: 185 lbs. (84 kg)

Court McGee’s only career loss came from Jeremy Horn over two years ago. McGee is on a three fight win streak and wants to continue it against McCray for the Ultimate Fighter trophy. He previously trained at Throwdown Elite Center but now trains with his coach Chuck Liddell at the world famous Pit. Kris McCray trains with Gold Metal Grappling and is undefeated. He has 1 KO and 4 submission victories. Both of these guys actually lost on the show but came back via wildcards to go all the way to the finals. McCray is a good wrestler and grappler but McGee is well-rounded and has too much skill for McCray. I think McGee is a better striker than McCray and has more heart as well. I like McCray but I just don’t see him beating Court McGee.

Prediction: McGee by Decision

Main Event: Matt “The Hammer” Hamill (9-2) vs. Keith “The Dean Of Mean” Jardine (14-8-1)

Matt Hamill – Age: 33 Height: 6′ 1″ (185 cm) Weight: 205 lbs. (93 kg)
Keith Jardine – Age: 34 Height: 6′ 2″ (188 cm) Weight: 205 lbs. (93 kg)

Matt Hamill’s two career losses came from Ultimate Fighter winner and top contender Michael Bisping, and former middleweight champ and fuure Hall of Famer Rich Franklin. 75% of Hamill’s wins have come by KO and he’s looking for another one here. His biggest win was against Mark Muñoz at UFC 96. Hamill is a great wrestler with underrated G&P. Keith Jardine is a well-known mixed martial artist. He holds tremendous wins over Chuck Liddell, Forrest Griffin, Brandon Vera, and Wilson Gouveia, but he has lost his last three in a row. He is most known for his unorthodox striking and willingness to stand in the pocket and look for the shot he wants. He’s a black belt in Gaidojutsu and has never been submitted. Jardine will have his hands full with “The Hammer” but I think he’s tired of losing and he will do whatever it takes to win this fight.

Prediction: Jardine by KO
